I am planning to file a Fed Court case against USCIS for incorrect denial of I148 with AC21.
Appreciate if have any input/info on below,
1. How much typically a Fed court case cost?

Yeah that is a great idea. I hope to have some Swift 3D V3 tutorials out soon that cover a lot of stuff such as movement. Maybe a Swift 3D Open Source section; I won't mind to have that placed on the site :)

Tecnically you dont have any visa number available now.since you are transfering your priority date to eb2.until they make decission on your I-140 they will not process your 485.This is my opinion only.Talk to good lawyer take the second opnion onthis before you are out of time.never know what april 08 bulletin has in store for eb3.

My wife got EAD card while she was on H-4 (I am on h-1). She used it for few months. She got RFE for 485 for visascreen (for nurses). It looks like she will not be able to produce the visascreen certificate within the RFE date and after grace period (33 days after denial notice of RFE).
Now when she gets the denial notice for I-485, subsequently, the EAD status becomes invalid. in this case, what will be the staus?
H-4 or no staus?
Upon the denial, do i need to reapply for H-4 status or she gets the h-4 status automatically since she has H-4 and EAD evan though she used EAD in the past.
Currently on passport, the H-4 status expires on Feb 08.

BTW, its PPD test and I know quite a few people of Indian origin who had to go for the X-ray. Follow some of the other threads on this forum as well.

I am trying to get a sense of how many people are getting positive reaction. I am hoping this thread might give exposure about people harassed by uninformed or under informed civil surgeons/ health dept officials about the impact of BCG on PDP test. I see different interpretation of test results.

However I am hugely opposed to vaccinations ever since I had a hideous reaction to a flu shot, but I'm opposed to vaccines especially in pregnancy and USCIS will not accept me not having the tetanus vaccine. Our immigration doctor said I have no choice. I also don't like the mercury and formaldehyde that they put in vaccines and the fact they say it "won't hurt" my baby doesn't go well with me at all. It's interesting how the medical community says "sure, have the shot" yet people in other forums that I've seen say "don't do it!!"

My PD is 2006 under EB-2 category. My family and I filed for GC on the same day. Now, I am planning to file a new I-140 under EB1. My kid is going to be 18 soon. What is the age limit for dependent to file for GC with the parents?

Hi:
Assuming you qualify for a green card under EB-2, your new employer should do a PERM/ apply for an I-140 , and at that time seek the priority date of the already approved EB-3 I-140.
During all these process, make sure that you are on your H-1B.

We are filing through our lawyer, do we need to give a reason for why we are expediting the process when filing to INS?
