They have no relationship with me, because their subscription costs for the iPad app are so out of line. Maybe they should get with the program. And if you subscribe to the paper version, there's no incentive to get the iOS version.
These companies should be trying to get their content out to as many people as possible and sell advertising, so that they can survive. What if Netflix just sold thru their own system and charged high fees? They'd be Blockbusted now.
Wall Street Journal seems to be the only one that gets it.

I might add that a CDMA phone, that can't offer simultaneous data transfer and voice is annoying (has it happens I have often offered directions to friends that haven't yet jumped in the smartphone world), but more importantly if you travel to europe it's mostly GSM territory, your phone becoming useless.
I really hope that the next iteration of the iPhone be global device.

On the free ipodnano offer, do they expect that the types of folks who have access to such information in the first 24 hours are the types of people who sign up for these?

I have a yellow iskin revo it has been used but is in good condition. The plastic is scratched I should say the rubber is good. The plastic is use able. I can get pics if you would be interested.

To me it looks like necessary groundwork to bring this kind of functionality to touch devices, but I hope there are people out there who can create a more intuitive interface paradigm than just having a ton of dense pop-over palettes etc.

� For those using Google Voice, is your own Google Voice number (since GV can be configured to call you) considered landline or mobile? What about the GV passthrough numbers for your non-GV contacts?
� So the A-list and rollover minutes essentially became useful only for U.S. landline numbers, correct?

No one knows what TJ Maxx has paid for these, so no one can say they are making a profit. Even if they did sell them for a loss, it's probably more than made up for it in the amount of viral advertising they've gotten so far.

While I am not a big fan of Lotus Notes, It normally causes more problems then it solves. But a lot of companies use it and some swayer by it, I swayer at it. But giving companies with Lotus notes a choice in alternate platforms to move to, is a good thing. Worst case senerio is that a company who still wants to stay on windows, can go to microsoft/dell... and say well Apple can give me this what can you do better?

A disgrace on so many levels.
Reason it isn't a disgrace: The white enclosure apparently was causing trouble with the camera due to light leakage. You would most likely be calling that disgraceful if they had indeed released a 500$ phone with that rather huge flaw, so I guess they can't win.
